Returns

Please follow this simple 4 step process for all returns to Office Supplies. 

1. Lodge a return

To return a product, the quickest and easiest way is to use our contact page. Contact our customer service team if you have any difficulty with lodging a return.

2. Return authorisation

Once we have actioned your request, the return will be moved to a pending status as the warehouse checks the submitted details. Within 24-48 business hours of lodging the return, you will receive an email which provides you with a return authorisation number and return address.

3. Send your items back

Post the items back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the parcel. In most cases, it is your responsibility to pay return postage. A prepaid return label may be provided for some specific return cases. Please allow 3-5 business days for Australia Post to return your parcel to our warehouse.

4. Return completion

When the items have been received and checked by the warehouse, our customer service team will complete your return by processing the refund, credit or replacement products. A confirmation email will be sent once this has been completed for you.

Thank you for shopping with us. At Office Supplies, we value our customers and want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. To ensure that you feel 100% satisfied with the purchases made at our store, we want to keep our returns policy straightforward and simple.

All returns and refunds will be subject to our terms and conditions and in adherence to our warranty policy. 

 

A. Faulty cartridges and other consumables

If you encounter any issues with a new cartridge or printer consumable, please refer to our FAQ for troubleshooting steps. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on faulty cartridges, with specific exceptions and requirements for certain items. Please ensure that damaged items are reported within 2 business days of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns under this category if the fault is due to:

  • Misuse or abnormal use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or non-adherence to instructions in manual
  • Damage to external packaging only
  • Damage occurring during your own handling or faulty electrical sockets

 

C. Incorrectly ordered goods (all products)

Please note that under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to accept “change of mind” products. However, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for incorrectly ordered goods that remain in sealed and “as new” condition. Please ensure the original packaging is undamaged and use a separate box for shipping it back to us to avoid transit markings on the product box. Note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all incorrectly ordered goods returned to us.

  • Do NOT dispose of any parts or items in the products that you suspect are faulty.
