AUSJET HOLDINGS PTY LTD ADMINISTRATOR APPOINTED

This morning, I was appointed Administrator of the Company by the Director pursuant Section 436A of the
Corporations Act 2001. A copy of the notification of appointment is enclosed for your reference.
Operations & orders placed:
At this stage, the Company is continuing to trade while I review the Company’s financial position. This review
includes undertaking a stocktake, reviewing supplier and contractor arrangements and consideration of
pending orders.
While the stocktake is being undertaken, there is a pause on filling orders. Filling any pending or
new orders will be on hold until the stocktake has been completed.
The stocktake is anticipated to take 1-2 business days.
Paid pre-appointment orders:
If you have paid for an order and have not yet received it, please contact my office to provide details of your
order and payment confirmation.
Limitations during Voluntary Administration period:
As Administrator, I am not personally adopting, and will not adopt, any agreement or contract that you may
have with the Company and will not be liable for any liability of the Company under any agreement or
contract with you. I shall not incur any personal liability of any kind in the event that any agreement or
contract is not continued.
